Your information, and what we do with it
Plainly, without the usual legal fog.
Last updated 26 August 2026.
What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or sign up for updates, we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address and order history. If you pay online, Razorpay collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card or UPI number.
When an order is placed, we keep a scrambled fingerprint of the internet connection it came from — not the address itself — for 24 hours, and then delete it. It is used for one thing only: stopping anyone from reserving large numbers of sarees at once, since every saree we sell is a single piece.
How we use it
- To take your order, deliver it, and keep you updated on its status.
- To answer questions you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To show you your own orders, addresses and wishlist when you sign in.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Both only receive what is needed to do their part — storing your order, or processing your payment — and are bound by their own security and privacy terms.
If you apply for a job
When you send an application from our careers page, we keep your name, telephone number, email if you gave one, anything you wrote, and your CV if you attached one.
It is read only by us, for hiring. It is never shown on the website, never passed to anyone else, and your CV is stored where only we can open it. If you would like us to delete your application, message us on WhatsApp or call us and we will remove it.
Cookies and local storage
Your shopping cart and your language or currency choice are kept in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data will clear these too.
Your choices
You can see and edit your addresses and profile any time in My Account. To ask what we hold about you, or to have your account and data deleted, message us on WhatsApp or call us — we will act on it within a few days.
